BEST Scholarship Program

The purpose of the BEST Scholarship Program is to help students with the financial costs of attending The University of Texas at Austin. 100% of the BEST Scholarship Fund supports the BEST Scholarship Program. The BEST Scholarship Program has multiple outlets to directly assist students.

BEST began awarding scholarships to Incoming Freshman in 2003 and have continued since. Beginning in 2007, BEST awarded scholarships for Continuing Students in addition to our scholarships for Incoming Freshman. There were six scholarships awarded. This marks a great milestone as we strive to support future UT Graduates.

The plans for expanding the scholarship program include increasing the total number of annual awards, increasing the total value of the awards and expanding the types of awards. To do this we need your support. Soon, BEST will kick off plans to establish a BEST Endowment in celebration of our 10 year anniversary. This will help secure the BEST Scholarship Program for many years to come.
